Cancellation Policy

At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of $25. Clients who no call no show for any appointment (whether in person, by video, or phone) will incur a $50 fee. Sorry, no refunds. Training packages expire 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase. Refer A Friend Program: Give a friend a $10 discount on their 1st training session, & you receive a $20 discount after their 1st session. Ask Lola for details.
